Interested in creating show stopping cupcakes for your next birthday or celebration? Join one of the classes below to learn a wide range of techniques for dressing up your sugary treats. All class sizes are kept small (min3, max 6) to allow for individuals to learn the skill. All cupcake/cakes (except for Christmas fruitcake class)and equipment will be provided. Just bring your apron and be ready to have fun and create!

This class is for anyone who is interested in creating some show stopping cupcakes for your next birthday/celebration. It will cover:

Shabby Chic Fondant Cupcakes $100

This class is for anyone who is interested in creating fancy cupcakes using fondant: It will cover
- how to colour fondant
- how to prep and cover cupcakes with ganache
- 3 different fondant covering techniques:plain, embossed, embedded

Get ready for Christmas 2015 by learning this set of cute Christmas fondant cupcakes . It will cover:
· how to ganache/cover a cupcake with a flawless fondant finish

· using cupcake ‘make-up’ - painting with lustre, adding sparkle with disco dust and creating cheeks with lustre dust.

Basic 101: round cake $200
(runs over 2 mornings: Sat Oct 24/Oct 31, 9am-12:30pm)
- layering and filling a cake with chocolate ganache
- ganaching the entire cake
- covering a cake with fondant to achieve a sharp edge
- covering a cake board
- making simple modeling decorations
Basics 102: A present-covered Christmas cake $200
(Sat Nov 28, 9am-3pm)
Get your Christmas cake/fruitcake all wrapped up by bringing it to this class and learning to cover it with marzipan and then decorating it with fondant on top.
You will be taught how to achieve sharp edges and corners, how to make a fluffy fondant bow as well as a present tag.
Note: the price is based on a cake that is a 15cm by 15cm. Larger cakes can be decorated but will incur the additional cost of materials (marzipan, fondant)
